Overview

The App is used for automating business communications, using Click-to-Call feature. It helps in effectively and efficiently managing leads in B2B communication. It provides a way to track your lead from end to end, using a sophisticated web-based automatic CRM panel for both inbound and outbound calls. Users can initiate calls by a single click and the call will be received by the customer on their dedicated numbers.

Steps to install the applications:

  1. Click on the Install app button
  2. Click on ‘Allow and Install’
  3. After installation, sign up on the app
  4. Verify your email and login 
  5. Navigate to ‘Installed apps’ under Marketplace
  6. Click on ‘View Details’ of Cloudshope app

How to Connect Cloudshope's account:

  1. Login to the Panel and navigate to ‘Settings’ section
  2. Click on ‘CRM PLUGIN' Section.
  3. Install KYLAS Crm Plugin and Click on the setting Icon and Map the Kylas caller user with the Cloudshope's Agent.
  4. Click ‘Save’
  5. These users will be stored as owners of the calls that they receive through the IVR

How to Call using Click-to-Call application from Kylas:

  1. After installing the Cloudshope application and configuring your account
  2. Login to Kylas Caller application
  3. Navigate to Kylas Sales CRM
  4. Navigate to any Lead or Contact listing page or Details page
  5. Click on the blue color call icon shown with the Lead or Contact's phone number
  6. The call will be placed
  7. First call will be transfered to the Lead or contact owner and second call will be transfered to the Lead's number.
  8. After the call is disconnected, navigate to the Lead or Contact's details page call log section to view the call log
