Overview
Arka inventory is a costing & inventory management solution built on cloud. Kylas integrates with Arka inventory and allows users to Create Accounts, Contacts, and Sales Orders. Users can create an Account in Arka whenever a Deal is created which has a Company associated with it. The app will then map the fields of Kylas Company, and it will create an Account in Arka with the same values.
Installation:
- Click on ‘Install app’ button on the Kylas Marketplace app details page
- Grant the permissions needed and click ‘Allow and Install’
Signup and Sign in:
- After installation is done, create an account on the ‘Arka Inventory integration app’ by clicking the ‘Sign up here’ button.
- Verify the email account by clicking on the verification email received on your entered email id.
- After verification go to ‘Installed apps’ section under Kylas marketplace and click on ‘View Details’ button shown in front of Arka Inventory Integration app.
Enter Kylas API key:
- After login, click on ‘API Keys’ section under the app and enter the Kylas API key.
- Click ‘Save’
Connect Arka Account:
- Login to the Arka Inventory Integration app
- Navigate to the ‘Connected Accounts’ section
- Enter the Arka Domain URL, Client ID and Secret (Provided the the Arka team)
- Click ‘Save’ button and it will enable the ‘Connect Account’ CTA at the bottom.
- Click on ‘Connect Account’ - You will be redirected to the Salesforce Auth page in order to connect your account.
- Enter your Login credentials and connect the account.
- Navigate back to the ‘Connected Accounts’ section to view the account has been connected.
Sync settings:
In order to create Accounts, Contacts and Sales order in Arka from Kylas, you need to map the Kylas fields with Arka fields.
- Login to Arka Inventory integration application and click ‘Sync Setting'
- Choose Account, Contact or Sales Order
- You will find some fields mapped by default.
- Map more fields if you want to capture additional information from Kylas
- Click ‘Save’ to save the mapping.
