Overview
This application helps Kylas users to update the Campaign information e.g., Source, Campaign, and UTM parameters on meetings from the related Lead, Deal, or Contact.
How Will It Work?
Influence Settings:
- Select the entity that you would like to update the Campaign information
- Once you select an entity, the application will create 8 custom fields (Source, Campaign, Sub-source, UTM Source, UTM Campaign, UTM Medium, UTM Term, UTM Content) on the entity.
Set priorities:
A meeting can be related to one or more Leads, Deals or Contacts. In this case which entity’s UTM values the app should copy to the Meeting.
- Select entity for priority order P0, P1 and P2.
- The app will prefer the entity available on the Meeting set as P0. And if entity set as P0 is not associated with the Meeting or No Campaign information are available on the entity, then the app will check for the entity set as P1 followed by P2.
